  2.     Using a prepaid phone card is easy. You just dial an 800 number or local number provided by the phone company from any touch tone phone set and follow the voice instruction to enter your PIN number and the number you wish to call.

        Your card balance will be announced at the beginning of each call. A voice will make an announcement when there is only one minute remaining. The call will be automatically disconnected after the balance reaches zero.
